Assess

Develop an understanding of the business and the current state of data stores, processes and systems. This may involve a Data Quality Assessment which will:

• Assess the completeness, relevance and consistency of data
• Obtain metrics that can form the basis for future reference
• Identify and assess collection, storage and retrieval processes
• Understand relationships between data sets

Analyse

Gather business requirements, define rules and set expectations. Define the business problem in unambiguous terms, and design and validate a conceptual solution. This stage may also involve the development of information policies and benchmarks for measuring success. The analysis is summarised in a report that clearly presents the business case for continuing with the project implementation.

Customise

Create technical specifications and develop the solution. This may involve customisation of existing tools or custom software development that can take place off-site. Along with development, a strategy is put together to manage the implementation within the business environment.

Implement

Once the solution that has been tested and validated, it is deployed. Our consultants are experienced in managing risk and ensuring that implementation has minimum impact on business operations. Users are trained and the data standards and policies that have been developed are put into place and enforced across the enterprise.

Evolve

Our consultants and support services constantly monitor the solution and suggest maintenance and enhancements. While much of the fine-tuning of a Mastersoft solution can be done without our formal input, our experiences in managing information in a variety of real industry scenarios allows us to proactively identify and manage risks and improve outcomes for your business.
